A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated mid-level employment lawyer with 3-6 years’ PAE to join a developing and growing in-house team of a leading professional services firm. Working closely with the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing internal legal advice to employees of the business on various documentation including employment policies, contract templates & deeds.
  • Review & interpretation of Employment legislation & statutory instruments.
  • Advising on workplace investigations and complaints.
  • Advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructures including undertaking & managing employment law due diligence.
  • Advising and representing the business in relation to employee claims such as general protection and unfair dismissal claims.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years PQE gained within a top-tier, leading mid-tier or in-house organisation.
  • Proven expertise in Employment law, on both the advisory & litigious side.
  • Ability to provide strategic commercial advice to stakeholders in the Firm.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
