Our client is a specialist within retail asset management as they are able to provide expertise in Shopping Centre Management, Retail Strategic Advisory Services and Retail Leasing across all of Australia & New Zealand.
As an Administration Assistant, it will be your responsibility is to support the Administration Manager and Operations Manager with day to day administration tasks and support. Please see additional tasks:
- Collection of monthly rent & preparation of any payment plans
- Banking & receipting ie. collection of Bank Guarantees
- Daily banking of all cheques/cash including gift cards & CML
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Reception / Customer Service Details
- Monthly sales collection of all figures
- Adhoc duties as required
Ideally the right candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role within shopping centre management or have transferable skills from a commercial property background. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a solid and sound knowledge of administration systems, ability to work independently and have strong computer skills to successfully complete mail merges, maintain excel databases and spreadsheets and use in-house software programs.
