Service Desk Analyst - 10 Weeks Contract - Market leading organisation

I am currently recruiting for a Desktop Support/Infrastructure analyst to provide level 1 / 2 level support for a 10 week contract within Melbourne CBD. They are a market leader in their field and you will be working within a windows environment.
If you are accomplished service desk analyst and are immediately available to start I shall look forward to speaking with you.

Core skills should include: 
  • IT Support - Windows environment
  • Microsoft office
  • Administration and updating of IT systems and databases, e.g. Active Directory, Configuration Management database
  • Supporting any day-to-day issues with PC applications, PCs, printers, etc.
  • Network access requests and issues, including setting up new users
  • Managing updates to the desktops
  • Managing IT helpdesk tickets
  • Cable labelling in the LAN room
