Core skills should include:
- IT Support - Windows environment
- Microsoft office
- Administration and updating of IT systems and databases, e.g. Active Directory, Configuration Management database
- Supporting any day-to-day issues with PC applications, PCs, printers, etc.
- Network access requests and issues, including setting up new users
- Managing updates to the desktops
- Managing IT helpdesk tickets
- Cable labelling in the LAN room
