Our client is an award winning chartered accounting firm that specialises in the provision of accounting, taxation and financial services to high net worth clients.
 
Description
This niche firm are seeking and Office Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being the go-to for office support. The Office Administrator will oversee all administrative functions, will drive organisational culture and create the optimum office environment.
 
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Support the Finance Manager with bookkeeping and data entry (etc.)
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for Partners
  • Manage general enquiries and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Facilitate meeting room bookings including sending out meeting invites and organising catering for events

  • Internal and external mail distribution
  • Liaise with facilities and the IT department
  • Organise team events and manage social activities
  • General housekeeping
