Client Details

We are recruiting for a HR Manager to join a leading financial services role based in North Sydney. This role is to lead and manage the people management agenda of the organisations. You will be working closely with the business leaders to achieve organisational objectives through the development and implementation of better people management practices and drive HR solutions, systems and processes that support the strategic goals of the business.

  • Instilling and fostering company values and ethos in employees to creates a high performing culture that accentuates quality, productivity, goal attainment, employee retention & development
  • Develop HR processes, policies and best practices that support the achievement of our business goals
  • Communicate and manage HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Manage and resolve any HR conflicts or issues that may arise with confidentiality and respect
  • Maintain effective internal communications across all staff members
  • Work with management to identify new roles ahead of time, and to recruit the best candidates for all positions
  • Strong focus on Talent acquisition / recruitment flow and processes
  • Review applications to shortlist applicants, and conduct all interviews
  • Management / mentoring and team development
  • Lead the implementation of the Performance Management System that includes Scheduled Performance Reviews and Employee Development Programs
  • Bachelor’s degree with qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 years + experience in a HR Manager/ HR Generalist role
  • 2 years + experience management experience (desirable)
  • Strong focus on recruitment, people development and culture reinforcement
  • Hands-on attitude combined with a strategic mindset
  • Exposure to working with multiple cultures, well exposed & effective internationally
  • Result oriented with a passion for excellence and attention to details
  • Excellent communications skills, fluent English skills are essential
