They main role responsibilities are: 
  • Act as change lead on large scale Time and Rostering System projects
  • Engage with an established Change Agent Network across the business to create awareness and desire for change, aligned to the program’s vision
  • Undertake change impact assessments, analyse strategic change requirements, and work/improve appropriate existing change management plans and strategies to ensure successful project delivery and support the transition process
  • Prepare staff communications to create awareness and to ensure all stakeholders are engaged on the journey
  • Monitor, measure and report against the change management, training and communication deliverables to ensure the project deliverables and business outcomes are met
  • Assess stakeholder engagement and develop effective engagement interventions to address targeted needs of new ways of working
  • Prepare business readiness assessment criteria with core project team members and monitor progress.
  • Oversee and support training engagement and delivery along with communication deliverables to ensure the project deliverables and business outcomes are met.
  • Joint develop with core project team members appropriate training materials, FAQ and (QRS) Quick Reference guides, high quality and engaging end-user documentation.
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Hands on person, however, need to be able to influence at Director level
  • Experience with time and attendance OR payroll projects
  • Proven experience delivering stakeholder analysis, detailed change impact assessments, communication plans and communication material
  • Confidence in facilitating workshops
  • Experience in planning and implementing large training programs across dispersed locations and diverse teams.
  • Certified in a Methodology (CEB, ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Business transformation understanding
  • 5+ years in an end to end change management role
  • Great communication style
  • Impact analysis and Change Impact assessments
  • Media experience
  • Confidence working in an ambiguous environment 

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join a Australian Media company. Daily rate dependent upon experience.
