Description
 
This is a greenfield position where you will lead from the front in an internal sales capacity and work very closely with the local head of sales as well as international colleagues. Key elements of the role will include:
  • Partnering with the head of sales to ensure the appropriate number of leads and are coming in.
  • Ensuring daily metrics/KPI’s are met and appointment targets are achieved.
  • Lead the inbound and outbound prospecting effort.
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required during this growth phase.

 
Profile
 
The successful candidate will have an interest in retail and e-commerce & will have the following attributes:
  • Ideally 1-3 years Sales or SDR experience, however we will also consider recent graduates with a keen interest in retail & e-commerce
  • A fundamental understanding of the sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate unique proposition of the product and obtain product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Track record of achieving results in a competitive and metrics driven environment
