Client Details


Our client is a large multinational and leading Medical Device Company, with a mission to improve the health and welfare of people all around the world. Due to growth, they are seeking a Remote Patient Support Officer to provide customer service support to patients with their at home medical devices/equipment.

Description


This is not your average customer service role and involves and demands a lot more care and quality service over quantity. The main objective is to provide support for remote home medical devices to patients, Sales Reps and internal teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule Sales Reps for device checks using internal systems
  • Schedule administration; Manage & enter scheduling for patients to align with reviewer headcount and in-person clinics
  • Provide specific device patient support
  • Answer and support calls received via the care line
  • Respond and resolve queries received via phone & email
  • Project manage customers on-boarding to the care service
  • Coordinate patient monthly remote clinics
  • Contract administration; Coordinate and create profiles and express agreements
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Manage marketing collateral stock levels and post to patients and reps
  • Manage recycled monitor workflow, including creating & sending return kits
  • Create and distribute device kits
  • Write and send patient communication letters
  • Monitor patients and pro-actively contact patients regarding their device

Profile
  • Min 5yrs in outbound calling or customer service, preferably in healthcare/medical
  • Display patience and composure in challenging situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & high EQ (emotional intelligence)
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication
  • Highly organised and time managed
  • Confident with technology & multiple systems/platforms
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Touch type rate of 40 words/minute or more ideal
  • Team player who can also work autonomously
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive
  • Reliable, punctual & well presented
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task & work under pressure
  • Fast learner & able to use initiative
