My client is a private developer that specialises in develops and sells residential homes in new communities. This is a newly created position that will work as part of the Developments Division, reporting into the Development Director and will oversee their Land Developments. Working as part of a team, you will manage 2-4 projects at one time that are all in different stages.

The role:
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies and practices that support the project vision and values.
  • Ensure the marketing framework is used to leverage the brand, build and drive new leads, support the achievement of sales targets, and drive community development initiatives.
  • Develop and roll out local content in collaboration with PR agency and other partners.
  • Manage eDM and social communications to customers.
  • Drive a culture of insight led marketing (customer, competitor and product) to assist decision-making at project level and enhance marketing and sales strategies.
  • Proactively engage and develop strong relationships with project teams in order to deliver engaging events and communications while adhering to timelines and best practise process.
  • Use data led insights to optimise advertising and communications.
  • Proactively provide suggestions and recommendations on how to improve customer experience with every interaction.
  • Manage marketing expenditure, reporting, forecasting and budgeting. 
Who you are?
  • 7+ years' experience in marketing management with proven success.
  • Highly commercial and analytical.
  • Strong online/digital expertise with experience in all platforms and success in direct response activities.
  • Experience in implementation of effective social media strategies, reporting, insights and recommendations.
  • Proven success in database growth and customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on operational marketer whom can assess information and make decisions quickly.
  • Delivery focus, good planner and well organised.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills that will be utilised internally and externally.
  • Property experience is highly desirable!
