Description
This is both a digital strategy and implementation role working with Google stack. You are an analytics expert at the core and enjoy a highly visible lead role working with multiple internal stakeholders to lead the measurement, analysis and optimisation of the website and digital strategies to increase ROI. You will complete A/B testing and implement segmentation and personalisation efforts to increase sales conversations and lead the digital optimisation program across the website and oversee digital tracking.

  • Diagnose performance problems 
  • Provide actionable insights around conversion funnels 
  • lead the optimisation program across web and digital properties
  • Customer journey and campaign analysis 
  • Oversee digital tracking strategies
  • Implement third party tagging configuration and management
Your Profile
You are able to confidently analyse data and omni-channel user behaviour, telling stories towards optimisation recommendations. You use insights driven from data to enable marketing and digital teams to better plan, measure and evaluate performance by creating roadmaps and conducting audits to improve efficiencies. You are a business centric thinker who can work creatively through problems to deliver solutions. You also have:

  • Advanced SQL and exposure to databases/warehouse environments
  • Run A/B split, multi-page, funnel and MVT to increase site conversion
  • Extensive web analytics experience (Google Analytics 360)
  • Understanding of lead source attribution from bidding tools 
  • Strong experience working with Tag Management software
