A newly created opportunity has arisen for a mid-level competition litigator to join a busy & growing top-rated Disputes practice with a global presence. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Advising clients on a full-range of competition law issues incl. ACCC merger clearance, joint ventures, cartel conduct, immunity & pricing/distribution strategies.
  • Handling investigation & enforcement issues;
  • Undertaking a mix of general commercial litigation/disputes work.
Key Requirements:
 Ideally, the candidate will possess competition & consumer law expertise, preferable with a disputes focus, in a similar environment.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years’ PAE in competition litigation gained within a top-tier, mid-tier or global disputes practice.
  • Exposure to non-contentious & contentious competition work is desirable, as well as general commercial litigation.
  • Strong academics.
  • Strong drafting, technical and communication skills
  • A positive “can-do” attitude.
