My client is a high growth customer experience agency working with blue chip brands to expertly consult on their digital strategies. Their expertise lie in customer experience, creativity and design, data, strategy and technology.
As part of a fantastic Australian brand, you will be growing established accounts and building new working relationships with digital clients. You will work on really understanding their business, products and marketing needs and objectives and provide a consultative view on how to get the most out of their digital strategy.
As Account Director you report directly into the Group Account Director in the Sydney CBD office. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a B2B environment and will have worked in the marketing or automation space. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal and organisational skills and the role is certainly attractive to someone who wants to really control the work they are doing and be a valued decision maker in the team.
