Client Details
FutureYou have partnered with a large and innovative Australian electrical wholesaler. This organization are an industry leader and employ over 1000 people in Australia.  


Working with the major accounts team, you will be responsible for supporting and working with a team who are responsible for the qualitative & quantitative analysis of RFT, RFP, RFI and RFQ documents for account opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Maintain excellent data integrity
  • Assist in pricing the offer - some excel skills required
  • Work with data sets to understand tender requirements and compare multiple supplier offers to arrive at the optimal commercial outcome
  • Complete tender submissions within the required time-frame and in line with company standards and protocol
  • Ensure compliance to tender administration processes
  • Initiate process improvement changes to create efficiencies in the existing tender process
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of customers
  • Provide reports and analysis as required

The successful candidate will be a recent or soon to be graduate in any discipline, you may already have 1-2 years working experience, you will also be:
  • Detail orientated
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Innovative and proactive
  • Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
