Business Systems Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Support Engineer who has a strong background in coding and small scale architecture. You will work closely with a team of 4 Application Support Analyst as the most technical member of the team and report directly into the Application Lead. Not only will this role give you the satisfaction that you are making a difference to underprivileged and marginalised communities, it will also give you great exposure to the following products:

• Microsoft PowerApps
• Microsoft Flow
• Microsoft Dynamics Talent
• SQL Server as a service
• Power BI
• Azure (data)

Current projects include: 

• CRM Dynamics 8.22 version9 (customisation)
• MuleSoft upgrade
• CRM Connect - 2 year project
• Data centre retirement to Azure

To be successful:

• You will have solid coding and data warehousing experience
• You will of worked on small scale Architecture projects
• You must be able to think in an innovative way, embrace change and add value to the role
• You will be open minded, flexible and have a passion for all thing technology
• Have a passion for helping others from a technical and community perspective
