The principal purpose of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to implement and manage digital strategies and operations that support the financial and brand objectives. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the broader Digital team to develop online innovation, whilst developing intelligent advertising and communications campaigns to drive acquisition, loyalty and retention.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage all social media accounts, CMS and CRM platforms;
- Develop specific digital marketing implementation to meet agreed objectives and outcomes;
- Construction of digital marketing approach aligned with market segmentation analysis and focus on online customer traffic and engagement;
- Take care of the company social media strategy;
- Measure analytics across all digital channels and report on gauge performance.
- Strong history in eCommerce / CRM / digital marketing strategy;
- Excellent Google Analytics knowledge;
- Past experience in the development and execution of driving online performance campaigns;
- Experience within Fashion/Retail marketing is desirable;
- CRM experience;
- Implementation of multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
