Senior IT Support Analyst

  • Internal IT Support - Global business - Mascot location

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analysis and resolution of all issues related to servers, switches, desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, applications and any other standardized IT equipment on site.
  • Manage IT related issues for the ANZ team with regards to hardware, software and telephone systems.
  • Backup-management of the local servers and servers at remote locations in area of responsibility.
  • Manages infrastructure releted projects by applying basic project management methodology.
  • Ability to create/deliver IT-related training as appropriate.
  • Provide necessary training, education and support to end users.
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed and also provide support on projects as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT team members both locally and global.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST HAVE:
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a Desktop Support Analyst
  • Excellent Windows 7, Office 2010 and Outlook knowledge
  • General Windows 2008/2012 server hardware/software knowledge
  • TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technology knowledge
  • HP, Cisco and Avaya equipment knowledge
  • Exposure to project management is desirable
  • Experience with SAP and/or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are desired
