Our client is a leading mid-tier firm that has a strong workplace advisory practice. They provide commercial advice to a wide range of international and Australian corporations, high-net worth individuals and start-ups. This firm offers, among other things, a fully subsidised gym membership, free legal advice for wills and conveyancing.
Due to growth, a rare role has been created for a lawyer to join the Workplace Relations team
The Workplace Relations team has a great reputation within the market for being highly collaborative and is led by a dynamic partner. The practice provides advice to a wide range of clients from global to ASX listed and local companies on contentious and non-contentious issues such as:
- Complex workplace disputes;
- Remuneration structure;
- Workforce planning, employee engagement and strategic human resources;
- Organisational restructuring;
- Industrial relations strategy;
- Enterprise bargaining; and
- Workplace compliance and governance.
As a workplace lawyer, you will have 4 + years of experience and have obtained solid academics in your law degree. You will be an expert communicator with a commercial approach and highly developed emotional intelligence.
With strong technical skills, you enjoy working autonomously on high quality, complex and interesting matters.
