Jenny Bermheden

Born in Sweden, Jenny began her legal recruitment career in London in 2000 and spent almost 13 years in the UK before relocating to Australia in 2010. After several years with leading international recruitment firms, she went on to co-found and run her own specialist legal recruitment business for over a decade.

Over the course of her career, Jenny has developed deep expertise and extensive networks across both the Australian and international legal markets. She has advised individual lawyers on career moves globally and partnered with a number of international law firms on significant recruitment campaigns. Her approach — commercial, thorough, honest and practical — has consistently earned the trust of clients navigating recruitment strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

Jenny works across all areas of private practice, partnering closely with law firms to develop strategic hiring solutions and with individual lawyers to shape long-term career pathways. She is deeply committed to this work and takes genuine pride in doing it well — listening carefully and engaging closely with both lawyers and law firms to fully understand their objectives, enabling her to provide considered advice and execute focused, proactive recruitment strategies.
