It was an honour to be shortlisted in the top 25 staffing agencies in the APAC Medium Enterprise category for LinkedIn’s 2017 Most Socially Engaged Award.
Winning a top five placement on Thursday, October 19 for the entire APAC region was an even more welcome surprise.
It is an accolade that we can attribute to our marketing team’s efforts for their continued focus on creating original content and the whole company’s involvement in thought leadership, social recruiting and platform engagement.
Placing fourth in the APAC region amongst such well-established agencies places us in great company. Congratulations to Talent, Ambition (Asia), Halcyon Knights and Elliot Smith on their deserved leading placements. As the sole Australian-only operation with no Asia-Pacific presence in that top five is an endorsement for us that we understand our market – and that they are understanding us. Next year, we’re hoping for a super boutique category to be created!
Since launching in April 2016, we have grown organically from a seed of an idea shared in a coffee shop to a team of close to 100 exceptional people across Sydney and Melbourne, all united by purpose and values.
Our purpose, the power to connect without limitation, and our values, have been a driving force behind our rapid growth on the social platform.
Thank you to LinkedIn for the recognition of our hard work and for hosting a great event.
We would be honoured to have you join us on our journey. For more inspiration and motivation from FutureYou, please follow our LinkedIn page.
About the Socially Engaged Awards
Each year LinkedIn rank the top 25 most socially engaged staffing agencies in three categories: Global (500+ employees); regional categories (APAC; North America; Europe, Middle East and Africa) for Medium Enterprise (15-499 employees); and Specialist Boutique (1-14 employees). The awards are judged by the LinkedIn insights team where they take into account and measure the company and employee reach and engagement, social recruiting and the power of their content marketing.
This APAC Medium Enterprise Award is determined by entrants’ headquarter location and the number of employees that are associated with the company’s LinkedIn page. This is the first year Asian territories have been included in these awards. All award winners can be viewed here.
