Client Details

Our client holds the coveted number one position in their category after phenomenal growth over the last 5 years due to their commitment to their customer on quality and service and dedication to helping us reach our full health potential. They are currently offering a Marketing Executive the opportunity to step up or a Product /Brand/ marketing Manager the opportunity to join them at a really exciting period of further growth. The role will be for an initial 12 months but could well lead to more given their commitment to NPD and new product lines. 

Description 

● Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, R&D and Commercial teams to develop and manage product lifecycle, range review, category offer, price point and positioning
● Support the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
● Work closely with the Category and Insights team to better understand customers' needs and desires through research, market data and analysis of current market and consumer trends.
● Support and contribute to the ‘NPD Process’ for the launch of new products through the business. This includes managing the pre-launch, launch and post-launch campaign communications to the product life cycle      
● Evaluate product performance, for both existing and new products, work closely with the Senior eCommerce Growth Lead to develop promotional campaigns to drive sales.
● Maintain product content integrity and consistency across all business platforms including copy, imagery and product pricing.
● Design innovative, on-brand assets that align with messaging and creative campaigns.
● Manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Monthly budget management - forecasting, planning and reporting.


Profile


Experience in managing campaigns and NPD launches for a brand in a marketing role (previous FMCG experience would be a plus).

● Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail even in a fast-paced environment.
● Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects forward.
● Proficient in understanding and analysing market and consumer trends.
● Well-versed in end-to-end launch strategies for product distribution, launch, and marketing.
● Good commercial, analytical, and reporting skills. c
● Experience in project management, including driving longer planning cycles.
● Champion the voice of the consumer and brand while balancing the commercial needs of the business.
● Comfortable with taking on new challenges and working in different roles as needed
